Service Description

Our breathing patterns tell our brain how to react to the world around us. Begin taking control of your your mind with simple breathing exercises designed to create ease and peace in the body. Our 90 minute class will feature a series of body releases and mindfulness exercises designed to melt tension and quiet busy brains.
